This work appropriates screenshots from corporate DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training programs. They are meticulously reconstructed using the original fonts, layout, and design language—substituting the stock photography and graphics with new but similar imagery. The result is a set of near replicas that subtly distort or reframe the original messaging. The project explores how corporate aesthetics package complex social issues into digestible, depoliticized content. By recreating these training slides with only minimal shifts, the tension between representation and performativity is highlighted. This is an inquiry into institutional image-making, affective labor, and the commodification of “inclusion” as a brand asset.
